29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. a) On or about May 23, 2023, on the west side of the construction site, the onsite superintendent did not ensure workers were wearing a body harness while operating an aerial lift without a fall protection system or fall restrain system in place. b) On or about May 23, 2023, on the north side of the construction site, the onsite superintendent did not ensure workers were wearing a body harness while operating an aerial lift without a fall protection system or fall restrain system in place.
