29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. a) At Aladdin Campus Foods, located at 3219 College St. Frazier Cafeteria Savannah, GA 31404, on or about May 24, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to impalement hazards in that walking-working surfaces, in the kitchen where employees performed cooking duties, were maintained free of protruding objects.
