Millburn, New Jersey 07041 a) The employer did not provide a spray booth that meets the requirements of the standard for employees to utilize. Employees perform spray painting activities using flammable products including, but not limited to, Klinger Yellow Industrial Enamel, Gray Primer, Urethane Primer, and Premium White Urethane in a TKLoop Portable Inflatable Paint Booth. The Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for the product indicate that they are flammable. Violation occurred on or around May 24, 2023.
