29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Hazard Communication Program - The employer did not develop a written Hazard Communication Program for employees in the housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance departments who when use products such as but not limited to, caustic bleach and pool chemicals, muriatic acid, cleaning products, and paints on a daily basis. Employees are exposed to skin, eye, and lung irritation hazards. The written program shall include the following: 1. A list of all hazardous chemicals used at the work site; 2. Current Safety Data Sheets (SDS's); 3. A description of the pictogram system: 4. A description of the labeling system that will be used in the workplace; 5. A description of training and information provided to affected employees.
