(a) Worksite - 2nd floor: On or about 5/24/2023, three employees were exposed to fall hazards while constructing interior and exterior walls, approximately 10 feet 6 inches above the lower level, without the use of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. (a) Worksite: On or about 5/24/2023, three employees were exposed to fall hazards while constructing interior and exterior walls, approximately 10 feet 6 inches above the lower level, without receiving fall protection training.
