Clifford Roofing & Gutter LLC. 1042 Ridge Ave, Sharpsville, Pa: On or about 05-24-2023 and at times prior thereto, Mike Tusin employees were conducting roofing operations on a residential roof with an 8:12 pitch without any fall protection systems. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 9-feet to 20-feet above ground level.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a.) Clifford Roofing & Gutter LLC. 1042 Ridge Ave, Sharpsville, Pa: On or about 05-24-2023 and at times prior thereto, the Gorilla metal ladder that was utilized to access the 2nd story roof from the porch roof was only 1-foot above the roof line at approximately 20-feet above ground level. b.) Clifford Roofing & Gutter LLC. 1042 Ridge Ave, Sharpsville, Pa: On or about 05-24-2023 and at times prior thereto, the red fiberglass ladder that was utilized to access the 1st story roof at the rear of the house was only 2-feet above the roof line at approximately 9-feet above ground level.
