29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. At the worksite located at 16100 Roundtripper Drive, Parkville, MO, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a roof top without fall protection by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems when they exited an aerial lift to the roof without lanyards attached to any anchor point. This was documented on or about 5-24-2023.
