On or about May 24, 2023, an adequate aisle was not maintained in front of a flammable liquid storage cabinet manufactured by Ilray Metal Fabricators, Inc. in the liquid chemical storage warehouse. b. On or about May 24, 2023, an adequate aisle was not maintained in front of a flammable liquid storage cabinet manufactured by Eagle Manufacturing Co. in the liquid chemical storage warehouse.
