29 CFR 1926.55(a)(2): An employee(s) was exposed to substance(s) with a permissible exposure limit not preceded by (C) at concentrations above that specified in Table 1 of �1926.55 for that substance(s):  a) 3900 Industrial Way, Chamblee/Studio Yard - On or about 06/02/2023, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that employees working with Media Blasting machines were not exposed to Particulates Not Otherwise Regulated (Total Dust) in excess of the permissible exposure limit (PEL) at 15 mg/m3 which was calculated as an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) of 55 mg/m3, during 165 minute sampling conducted on 6/02/2023.
