29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6):The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer: (Construction Reference 1926.103) (a) Commercial construction located on 3900 Motors Industrial Way, Chamblee, GA 30366: On or about 05/26/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards in that they let employees use N-95 respirators without following appendix D and/or making appendix D available for employees.
