29 CFR 1926.405(g)(1)(iii)(B): Where run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors: (a) On or about May 24, 2023, the employer used two flexible cords to power a mobile toilet trailer located on the exterior of the facility. The cords were fed from the interior of the building through a hole in the building's exterior wall. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and/or fire hazards.

The cord was laid across the walkway between a kitchen area and the renovation site. The condition exposed employees to shock and tripping hazards.
