29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a. On or about May 25, 2023, the employer exposed employees to eye injury hazards caused by airborne debris and flying objects, in that eye protection were not utilized by an employee, while using pneumatic nail guns to put in floorboards.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:  At 467 Silver Landing Drive, Saint Augustine, Florida.   On or about May 25, 2023, on the second floor of a residential house, the employer exposed 2 framing employees to an 8-foot fall hazard from the second floor through floor joists in that they were not protected by a fall protection system while installing joists, floor boards, and framing.
