Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) At the job-site located at 2101 Overlook Drive, Winter Haven, Florida 33884: On or about 05/25/2023, Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 to 12 feet, in that, fall protection was not used while engaged in roofing activities on a 4:12 pitch roof.
