29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 207 Balfield Terrace, Cherry Hill: Two employees were observed working at a height of approximately 25 feet on the main roof of a residential house. Employees were installing a new asphalt shingle roof. Observed on or about 5/25/2023 b) 207 Balfield Terrace, Cherry Hill: An employee was observed working at a height of approximately 20 feet on a lower roof of a residential house. The employee was installing a new asphalt shingle roof. Observed on or about 5/25/2023 NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
