29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) On or about May 25, 2023, in the compressor room a portable wire holder was temporarily being stored directly in front of a circuit breaker control panel, which did not allow access to the electrical disconnect if an emergency occurred with the equipment and electrical power had to be immediately removed. (b) On or about May 25, 2023, in the RTO control panel area, electrical conduit was temporarily being stored directly in front of a circuit breaker control panel, which did not allow access to the electrical disconnect if an emergency occurred with the equipment and electrical power had to be immediately removed.
