29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At a residence under construction located near lot 8 on Shale Court, Grain Valley, Missouri an employee was exposed to fall hazards. The employer exposed the employee to these hazards by allowing the employee to work at heights greater than 6 feet without the use of fall protection or fall mitigation measures in place.
