On or about May 25, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, approximately twenty-four (24) feet above ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. b. On or about May 25, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, eighteen (18) feet above ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. c. On or about May 25, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations, approximately eleven (11) feet above ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. Brothers Gutierrez Constructions Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1438642, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on January 14, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 521 Rathje Rd. in Peotone, Illinois.
