29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire rating of thirty minutes. On or about May 30, 2023, employees were exposed to smoke inhalation and burn hazards while retrieving items from a Conex storage container because oxygen gas cylinders were stored within twenty feet of portable fuel containers.
