29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) On May 30, 2023, at 4101 Montreal Street, Bismarck, ND, 58503, employees of Twins Roofing were exposed to fall hazards greater than 10 feet while installing roofing materials (asphalt shingles) on a 3:12 pitch roof.
