29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about May 31, 2023 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working from a Haulotte aerial lift unit # 535 and a without having a harness with a lanyard attached to the basket.
