29 CFR 1926.50(c): A person who has a valid certificate in first-aid training was not available at the worksite to render first-aid: a) On or about 5/30/2023 at 2834 South Bayshore Drive, Broadkill Beach, Milton, DE 19968: CSHO observed employees conducting roofing operations who were exposed to bleeding type injuries from tools and materials and the potential for falls of approximately 30 feet where no one on site was certified in first aid and the nearest medical treatment station was approximately 24 minutes away and volunteer.
