Crestview FL. 32536: On May 23, 2023 and prior to; the employer allowed their employees to perform roofing activities without wearing fall protection properly which exposed the employees to falls of approximately 31 feet 4 inches to the ground below. D and S General Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1443822 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 21, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1700 Woodlawn Way, Gulf Breeze, FL. 32562.
