29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):  a) In the pharmacy, on or about June 1, 2023 - The employer did not ensure that safety data sheets for Firestone Quickseam Splice Tape, Firestone Water-Block Seal (S-20), Firestone Lap Sealant HS, and Firestone Single-Ply LVOC Primer were accessible to pharmacists and pharmacist technicians. A roofing contractor was using FIrestone Quickseam Splice Tape, Firestone Water-Block Seal (S-20), Firestone Lap Sealant HS, and Firestone Single-Ply LVOC Primer while re-roofing the establishment. During the prior month, dusts and vapors from the building products used by the roofing contractor entered a HVAC unit on the roof, prior to the unit being turned off and wrapped, and were sent to the pharmacy where the pharmacists and pharmacist technicians were working.
