On or about May 31, 2023, on the west side of a residential construction site located on 4923 Tan Briar Dr. in Katy, TX, an employee was exposed to a struck-by hazard from falling tools and material while working under a roof under construction without out a protective helmet.

On or about May 31, 2023, on the west side of a residential construction site located on 4923 Tan Briar Dr. in Katy, TX, an employee was exposed to eye injuries while operating a circular saw to cut pieces of wood without wearing eye protection equipment.
