29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6):Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6). a) At or near 19-00 Pollitt Dr, Fair Lawn NJ - Frame Scaffold inside stairway - Building B2: employees were exposed to electric hazards while erecting a concrete block stair/elevator shaft from a frame scaffold platform that was approximately 8 feet from a 4KV primary line, on or about 2/21/23
