29 CFR  1910.37(a)(2):Exit access was not arranged so that it would not be necessary to travel toward any  area of high hazard occupancy in order to reach the nearest exit, and the path of travel was not effectively shielded from the high hazard location by suitable partitions or other physical barriers:  (a) Maintenance room emergency exit route - On or about March 15, 2023 the employer allowed two flammable storage lockers to be positioned next to the emergency exit which exposed employees to higher hazardous areas in the event of an evacuation.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR  1910.146(c)(2):The employer did not inform exposed employees, by posting danger signs or by any other equally effective means, of the existence and location of and the danger posed by the permit spaces:  (a) Roof; Condenser units #1, #2, #3 - On or about June 15, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the condenser units were marked with a sign indicating that the space was permit-required confined space.    Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
