29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: a) 8111 Halsey Road, Whitesboro, NY 13492, on or about 6/1/2023: Noise levels from the manufacturing process in the stairs department exceeded the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, exposure was measured at 67.1% Dose and an 8-hour time-weighted average of 87.1 decibels, the employer did not develop a monitoring program to determine employee noise exposure. b) 8111 Halsey Road, Whitesboro, NY 13492, on or about 6/1/2023: Noise levels from the manufacturing process in the truss department exceeded the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, exposure was measured at 92.0% Dose an 8-hour time-weighted average of 89.4 decibels, the employer did not develop a monitoring program to determine employee noise exposure. c) 8111 Halsey Road, Whitesboro, NY 13492, on or about 6/1/2023: Noise levels from the manufacturing process in the wall panel department exceeded the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, exposure was measured at 95.5% Dose an 8-hour time-weighted average of 89.7 decibels, the employer did not develop a monitoring program to determine employee noise exposure.
