29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart:  a) Nidal Moti, does not ensure that employees have available firefighting equipment at the jobsite. This violation was most recently observed at 64 Grove Street Paterson NJ. The employer did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite, while using a torch with LPG to install roofing paper, on or about 5/30/23

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) Building Exterior - Roof: Employees were exposed to a 20 foot fall hazard while working on a  flat  roof of a residential home without the use of personal fall arrest system or other means of fall protection in place, on or about 5/30/23.
