29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift a) Storage room next to the breakroom area: On or about June 1, 2023, and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that employees were required to use spray bottles containing hazardous cleaning chemicals such as but not limited to cleaner disinfectants, cleaner degreaser, glass cleaner and floor cleaner. The employer did not ensure that the spray bottles for these cleaning chemicals were appropriately labeled, or other forms of warnings were being prominently displayed on the containers.
