29 CFR  1910.147(c)(6)(ii): Where lockout was used for energy control, the employer did not conduct a periodic inspection at least annually with each authorized employee to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed  had been performed:  a) On or about 06/01/2023 throughout the establishment; where employees perform activities such as, but not limited to setting up mechanical power presses and changing shear blades, the employer did not perform an inspection of each authorized employee at least annually. 29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by  ingoing nip points, and rotating parts:  a) On or about 06/01/2023 in the elbow department; where the guard for the flywheel on Machine #6, a Niagara Punch Press, had gaps and openings and did not completely cover the rotating flywheel and pinch points.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
