Moscow & Pullman Building Supply Inc. On or about May 28, 2023, the employer did not record the following workplace injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent for the calendar year 2023.   a) A work related injury occurred on 3/3/2023 where an employee's left hand was smashed. (Other recordable) b) A work related injury occurred on 3/3/2023 where an employee received a contusion on the left ankle. (Days away from work) c) A work related injury occurred on 3/20/2023 where an employee received a contusion on the left side of the back. (Other recordable) d) A work related injury occurred on 3/25/2023 where an employee's back was strained while lifting a display. (Other recordable) e) A work related injury occurred on 5/4/2023 where an employee received multiple strains from a fall. (Days away from work) f) A work related injury occurred on 5/19/2023 where an employee received a laceration to the right forearm.
