29 CFR  1910.178(l)(3)(i)(M): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in the following topics to include but not limited to operating instructions, warnings, or precautions listed in the operator's manual for the types of vehicle that the employee is being trained to operate:  a) On or about February 2, 2023 and times prior thereto, during training employees had not received information found in the operators manual for counterbalanced liquid propane forklifts.
