29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. a. This violation occurred on or about June 1, 2013 where employees working on a flat roof (canopy) were not protected from fall protection. Employees were exposed to falls of more than 6 feet to the ground below. b.
