29 CFR  1926.503(a)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee has been trained  in the nature of fall hazards in the work area:   a.)   Nine ships Company, Inc. dba M-E Construction - On or about 5/26/23, and at times prior thereto, employees were not trained on the fall hazards of passing through studded walls.  A 10 ft. fall occurred when an employee stepped through the studs and fell to the basement below through a stairway opening.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
