29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i): Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with TABLE J-1 of this Section: (a) On June 1, 2023 and at times prior thereto, 3 flushing water closets and 1 flushing urinal were available for up to approximately 117 employees at this fixed location with water service available. United Parcel Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1374423, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/30/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6834 Industrial Ave., Port Richey, FL 34668.
