29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):"Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about June 2, 2023, employees were conducting framing operations on roof truss without proper fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.21(b)(2):The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury.  On or about June 2, 2023,  An employee on the east side of the site was cutting wood  with a circular (De Walt) saw while holding the wood against their left foot.
