29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following:  a) Throughout Facility; On or about June 15, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not implement a written hazard communication program on hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to, employee information and hazard communication training.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a) Throughout Facility; On or about June 15, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that employees were provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to, SuperSource Quat Sanitizer, prior to being used in the work area.

29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical  a) Throughout Bar Area; On or about June 15, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that a secondary bucket of SuperSource Quat Sanitizer, contained the chemical name and hazard categories of the chemical.  b) Throughout Bar Area; On or about June 15, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that a secondary spray bottle of SuperSource Quat Sanitizer, contained the chemical name and hazard categories of the chemical.
