29 CFR 1904.7(b)(3): The employer did not correctly classify the following work-related injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent. BDL Airport: On or about June 19, 2023, the employer did not correctly enter the following work-related injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent for the calendar year 2023: a) Case No. 108973 - strained and dislocated knee injury from excessive force and awkward positioning/motion while climbing in and out of an aircraft pushback that resulted in more than 60 days away from work and approximately two weeks of restricted workdays. The employer incorrectly recorded the number of days away and restricted workdays when the number of days away was recorded as one day in column K and the number of restricted days in column L of the entry was listed as 66 days. Abatement Certification and Documentation is required.
