29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets.  a) Jobsite, Terraces at Maplewood Multi-family Development, Harrisburg, PA - On or about June 2, 2023, employees were not protected from overhead hazards while working in close proximity to a boom delivery suspended load, and below a residential siding installer on a scaffold.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
