29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed rip saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut:   a) Ground in front of Recycle Depot dumpster: On or about June 2, 2023, a laborer was using a Dewalt Heavy Duty 10"(254mm) Job Site Table Saw, DWE7491, Serial Number 757127 to cut a small piece of wood.   The table saw was not equipped with a guard. The employee experienced an amputation.  Note:  See paragraph (i)(1) of this section for additional requirements for hand-fed ripsaws.
