OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1)   Citation 1, Item 1: OSH Act of 1970 Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to crushed-by and struck-by hazards:   A) On or about May 30 and 31, 2023, at 200 Willow Rd., Hillsborough NJ 08844, during sitework, employer allowed a haul truck to be driven up and down a topsoil stockpile that could not safely accommodate the movement of the haul truck.  Feasible abatement methods include taking steps to ensure that where vehicles or equipment drive on grades or temporary roads, the grades and/or temporary roads are constructed and maintained to safely accommodate the movement of the vehicles or equipment; including inspecting for and training employees on potential hazards involving vehicles and equipment driving on topsoil piles.
