29 CFR 1926.21 (b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. On or about May 10, 2023, during a construction project on the roof of a commercial building located at 2221 9th Street SW, Canton, OH 44706, the employer did not instruct employees in the reco2nition and avoidance of unsafe conditions from falling or flying objects and /or falling debris.
