These activities are covered by Table -1 of the respiratory protection standard as it pertains to being exposed to respirable crystalline silica.

King Street, Wilmington Parking Authority Garage, Wilmington, DE 19801: On or about June 6, 2023, the employer did not have established and available on site an exposure control plan for their employees who were exposed to respirable crystalline silica [e.g. the air borne silica dust]. The employer's awarded contract from the City of Wilmington identified the company was contracted to repair an area that involved powered saw cutting of the damaged concrete.
