29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: On or about 5/23/2023, at 760 N. Ocean BLVD Palm Beach FL, the employer did not conduct adequate frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite to confirm that employees, who were engaged in concrete demolition work from a scaffold at approximately 10 feet with no guardrails and exposed to a fall hazard, were using fall protection.
