29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employees on walking/working surfaces with an unprotected side and/or edge which is 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: 859-869 Communipaw Avenue, Jersey City, NJ The employer failed to ensure that the employees were protected from falling from an unprotected edge while setting concrete form panels for a mixed building under construction. The employees were working at the height of approximately 20 feet from the ground without utilizing any means of fall protection. Violation occurred 06/06/2023
