At the jobsite located at 4143 Alabama Hwy 20, Trinity, AL: On or about 06/06/2023, the employer failed to frequently or regularly inspect the jobsite to protect employees and subcontractor's employees from fall hazards, when employees were working at heights between 30 and 45 feet while setting trusses and walking the ridge boards of the commercial structure being erected.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) At the jobsite located at 4143 Alabama Hwy 20, Trinity, AL: On or about 06/06/2023, the employer allowed subcontractor's employees to be exposed to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by sub-contractor's employees while climbing the purlins at heights of approximately up to 45 feet. b) At the jobsite located at 4143 Alabama Hwy 20, Trinity, AL: On or about 06/06/2023, the employer exposed subcontractor's employees to be exposed to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by subcontractor's employees while walking the ridge board at heights of approximately 30 feet.
