At 2189 Sinclair Dr., Grovetown, GA 30813, on or about May 16, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazard, in that the ladder side rails on a portable ladder that was used for access to an upper landing surface was not extended at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface.
