Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Jobsite: 1101 Ridge Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19123 - On or about 31 May 2023, the employer did not ensure that an employee conducing metal framing from an open balcony, approximately 20 feet above the ground level, was protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.
