29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about May 30, 2023: An employee engaged in roof repairing activities at a work site located at 2301 Highway 14 Lock and Storage, Ozark, Missouri 65721 was exposed to fall hazards. The employer did not ensure that the employee was protected from falling to a lower level while working on a roof greater than 6 feet without adequate fall protection in place.
