Overhead Solutions, LLC formerly known as Overhead Solutions Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1631608, citation 1, item number 1, group b, and was affirmed as a final order on December 28, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 707 Elm Street, Neenah, WI 54956.  Overhead Solutions, LLC formerly known as Overhead Solutions Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1590615, citation 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 15, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 716 Foote Street, Seymour, WI 54165.
